Vol. 3 No. 1 (2021)

Editorial
The two years: 2020 and 2021, for the world and Peru, have and have marked a heartbreaking significance on all sides, because the presence of economic and health consequences for its inhabitants is unavoidable due to the pandemic. The statistics of deaths from COVID 19 leave numerous and painful descriptions, for all families of all ages, even sowing political resentment in the interiors of different countries, due to economic embezzlement, financial fraud, perversities generated from people, who, far from revealing their human sensitivity and love of neighbor, do nothing but take advantage of the situations, illness and death of their peers, looking and seeking only some economic advantages.
On the other hand, universities, until now, continue to be cloistered in their respective virtual spaces, forced by the State and the devastating pandemic of physical and psychological health, whose consequences are not yet addressed or disseminated, observing and analyzing academic reality, the results of the teaching-learning processes, the academic consequences, the health effects on teachers and students. The facts, events and reports in the media continue to surprise and sow alarm for the health, politics and economy of the countries.
Within the framework of this context and panorama, Paidagogo arrives announcing his permanence and his willingness to continue with his publications, hopefully responding to the expectations of our readers and the scientific community. We highlight the themes of this volume: social networks and social skills, the pedagogical profile of teachers, the pedagogy of tenderness, connectivism, sensorimotor development and phonological awareness, cognitivism, educational management and job satisfaction, plus the directive leadership and institutional climate in educational institutions, teaching strategies and techniques in virtual environments.
We also record all articles in their content and other aspects, they are the sole responsibility of the authors.
